No Jail Time For Pleaded Out GOP Operative

Hank Hayes reports that Scott Gilmer, an aide to Rep. Glen Casada, will serve no jail time and pay a $50 fine for creating websites attacking Rep. Nathan Vaughn. Gilmer did not admit any guilt as part of his plea.
