About
Post Politics is your one-stop shop for political news and views in Nashville and throughout the state of Tennessee brought to you by NashvillePost.com, a member of the SouthComm family of publications.
While NashvillePost.com provides its readers smart, fast and breaking political news you won’t see anywhere else, Post Politics is devoted to scouring the Web to point you to the “best of the rest.” Post Politics strives to be a virtual table of contents of political news and views both in the blogosphere and the “mainstream” media as well as doing a little independent reporting of its own from time to time.
The human hand behind Post Politics belongs to A.C. Kleinheider. A native of the Northeast, Kleinheider ventured to Nashville to attend Vanderbilt University, never left, and now calls it home. From April 2006 until March 2008, Kleinheider ran WKRN-TV’s popular political blog VolunteerVoters.com, work for which he was recognized twice in the Nashville Scene’s Best Of Nashville Edition as Best Political Blogger.
Kleinheider’s work has been featured by several blogs and publications of national repute including Instapundit, DailyKos, National Review, The Politico, Slate, The Atlantic as well as the New York Times political blog.
Kleinheider currently resides in the Bellevue area of Nashville. Contact him at kleinheider@gmail.com.
