Unemployment Stays The Same

From the State of Tennessee:

Tennessee Commissioner of Labor & Workforce Development James Neeley announced today Tennessee’s unemployment rate for October was 10.5 percent, unchanged from the September rate of 10.5 percent.

    good thing Bob Corker voted for the stimulus… oh, wait, he didn’t. He preferred that the people of Perry County and other struggling places in Tennessee stayed unemployed. Bet they disagree.

    But, oh wait, the stimulus passed! So why are those folks you care so deeply about still unemployed? I would guess at least some people are still employed in Perry County, perhaps the administration can count those people as a “job saved”?
