Posted on November 9, 2009 at 5:42 pm

From WKRN:

It will no longer be free to park at meters in downtown Nashville on Saturdays beginning next year.

The Metro Public Works’ Parking Board voted Monday to enforce parking meters in the area bordered by Broadway, Rosa Parks, Second Avenue and Charlotte on Saturdays.

This is a bunch of bull. I want to see the names of the council members who voted for this. They( central parking) charge $6 an hr plus to park and over $12 a day. how much more $ do they need to make?! Where are the tea baggers when it really matters????… NOWHERE TO BE HEARD FROM! PREDICTABLE.
