Alexander To Right-Wing Neocon Muslim Haters: Chill The Fudge Out

Posted on November 7, 2009 at 9:42 pm

The senior senator on the calls for banning Muslim from the military in the wake of the Ft. Hood tragedy:

When asked whether Congress needs to re-evaluate if Muslims should be in the military, Alexander said: “I think we need to step back and let the United States military make its own investigation and its own recommendations to us. I feel, and I think many members of Congress feel, that if there is one part of our government that works well, it’s the United States military, and we would probably do well to take the military’s advice on this rather than for us to try to give them advice about it.”

But every little twirp sitting in their parent’s basement with a computer is an expert on everything. What if the hate from “bloggers” is not accurate. Hell, what if they have to get jobs, or even worse, actually go put their money where their mouth is and go fight for our country. Yikes! That is scary!!!! All patriotic Americans should be ashamed of the hatred that has been spewed since the tragedy at Ft. Hood.

Alexander is right let his boss the US Army handle everything . There will be a Muslim backlash because of the TeaBaggers and their racist talk. Fixnoise has been pulling the chains of the TeaBaggers.

Limbaugh/beck are two others Savage can’t leave him out and there are many more shock jocks out there who are willing to Gin up the Teabaggers/Red neck white guys/gals.
There is no one with the ability to lead the moderateRpublican Party. Was Aexander at the Teabaggers Freak Showwiththeir Racist signage and language ? Did he go Vote on the Patriot Act that his Party Pushed Through without anyone reading it?

Well, here’s little item to consider:

“… no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States.”

from Article VI of the Constitution of the United States. Pesky thing, that Constitution, isn’t it?

So that darn Constitution will prevent banning anyone from military service because of his religion. Also puts the lie to this “America is a Christian nation” nonsense.

I fear fundamentalist morons from any religion, and I see little substantive difference between the Taliban of Afghanistan and the the fundamentalist Christians of rural Tennessee.
