   I forget the law on this - if you pull a gun (unprovoked), is that considered assault?

   If he pulled the Firearm without provocation he should be prosicuted.

   Nothing more Nothing less.

   This kind of reminds me of the time I was having a house built in Georgia and the builder’s car was blown up by another builder. My builder had to take some time out, presumably to buy some explosives.

   Gosh, sometimes I miss Georgia, especially when I recall the time some guys in our immigration-control coalition put one of the congressmen in a room and pulled guns on him. The guys were law enforcement officers.

   Of course, we don’t have all the facts. We don’t know if the other person issued a threat, or what may have motivated the guy to pull a gun.

   However, we do know that it didn’t happen in a bar.

   He wasn’t in a bar he was in his office.

   But you seem to forget.. More people have been shot at bars where NO GUNS WERE ALLOWED.

   None at the Bars that allow firearms..
