Stanley Treated Legislative Conference Like A Hip-Hop Video Set
By Kleinheider Posted on July 28, 2009 at 10:51 amFrom the sources of Ken Whitehouse:
According to sources at the event, Stanley while was attending a dinner that was being paid for by lobbyists, he ordered three to five $150 bottles of wine and became intoxicated. (State law allows for groups of lobbyists to pay for the dinners of legislators while at such events.)
Individuals at the event state that Stanley was confronted about the bill by State Rep. Charles Sargent (R-Franklin) and told that he needed to pay for it himself as opposed to making the lobbyists pay for it. Stanley became belligerent and was asked to leave the restaurant.
Stanley eventually did leave, only to have a heated argument with Sargent just outside the door of the establishment.
More affair allegations as well. Read the whole thing.

Wooo! Spring Break!
Everything negative is always associated with Hip-Hop or some form of black culture huh? Why not a Rock n roll video set, or a country music set? Some of the videos and artist in the music venues drink and do other outrageous things
Those poor children. These sins must be horrifying for them to read about.
Uhhh, Black Community, I think ACK’s hip-hop reference had to do with Stanley’s proclivity for $150 bottles of wine. I’ve never heard rock or country artists reference Cristal (you know what that is, right? an expensive bottle of wine…) quite like rappers routinely do. Had Paul Stanley’s vice of choice been heroin or Pabst Blue Ribbon, I’m sure the appropriate musical genre would have been referenced.
I said a few days ago that more and more would be leaked out about Stanley until he resigned. He’d better quit, like TODAY, or else we’re going to find out about every vile thing he has ever done.
He is finished, and only he apparently fails to realize it.
…Uhhh, Black Community, I think ACK’s hip-hop reference had to do with Stanley’s proclivity for $150 bottles of wine….
and those big goblets with all the jewels on them. He’s a playa alright!
Does anyone believe that Stanley’s behavior is uncommon in the General Assembly? I don’t. In fact, I think what is coming to light about this guy is just routine for quite a number of those second-raters in our state legislature.
The big question is, what will the Shelby County Commission do when Stanley resigns? When Ward Crutchfield resigned, the GOP controlled Hamilton County commission chose not to appoint an interim senator for that district because the session was over for that year. The session is over for this year, so will the democrat controlled Shelby County commission do what Hamilton County did?
ACK you make me sick we that Headline, you are disgusting!
[...] when you could watch the Republican strategy shift from “Smear Morrison” to “Smear Stanley.” This morning, Morrison was a homeless, trashy crack user. By lunch, Stanely was a serial [...]
Stanley deserves forgiveness for this. Democrats who have affairs with interns deserve to run out of office as the hypocritical, immoral adulterers they are. Republicans who do so are good, decent God-fearing people who simply made a mistake that should not overshadow their honorable character and strong moral convictions.

I can not believe there are people on here trying to defend hip hop. What a group of idiots. I’m black, but I get embarrassed when other black people try to defend rap. Have you ever listened to any rap lyrics?
It’s amazing what a huge bank of dirt there is on this guy. If this is just what we’re hearing about Paul Stanley, there must be a mountain of it stashed away on just about everyone.
[...] people would have to risk their State House seats to gain yours. However, have you noticed that more tawdry things are being leaked about you every day? I have news for you, Senator, this will not stop until you resign. By the way, [...]
