An increased number of Nashvillians asked the assessor to take another look at their property:

“With the instability in the real estate market and with the economy in the current downturn, we expected an increase.”

It is funny how the City/County rushes to reappraise property when values are increasing.

But refuse to correct the appraisal when values are declining.
