Wrong Answer

Kay Brooks is not pleased to hear Zach Wamp’s take on Pre-K:

If Zach Wamp thinks an expansion of pre-K is going to be the answer…he’s wrong. Following Gov. Bredesen in this path will be a waste of money…but the teacher’s union will love him. Again, is this more Washington speak? Or is it misspeak?

Wamp is wrong on pre-k… He voted for a 90% tax bracket…he voted for the Bailout… Tennessee don’t need this “Washington Republican” as governor.

Pre-K doesn’t work. Outside studies has shown no long-term benefit for Tennessee’s pre-k government run programs. Let’s focus on our efforts on the k-12 system that is already struggling under the grasp of the teacher’s union.
