I think it is a moment of great integrity for Sarah Palin.
She is going to be working nationally for the office of POTUS.
She is stepping aside so that Alaska can have a full time Governor, instead of a Full time Canidate and a part time Governor.
Unlike Obama, Hillary and McCain, all 3 of which missed >60% of their Senate votes, because they were campaining for POTUS. And all 3 took their Salaries, enjoyed the Healthcare Benifits, built up retirment Benifits, while not performing the duties of senator.
Maybe, others think it would be proper to take pubic money while working for personal goals. Palin thinks the people deserve better than McCain, Hillary and Obama.
P.S. then again, she may have decided her family needed her more than the state of Alaska.
Either way it showes she has bigger C. O. Jones than 99% of other politicians.
doing the right thing no matter what anyone thinks,
