    Wow, how incredibly anti-climactic.

I don’t know. I thought the senior woman Republican in the House standing up and moving to end this foolishness was a bit of theater.

Especially considering nothing was ever gonna come of this complaint anyway.

So will Kelsey bring the crazy on Harwell now? That would be funny.

It was the only outcome. The complaint was legally “never properly before the committee.” Kelsey can reprise later and get a media 2-fer.

Am I missing something Kleinheider? Didn’t you break (re-break perhaps) the story of Williams’ contemptible behavior? You can accuse Kelsey of grandstanding perhaps but that is a matter of perception. Kelsey, agree with him on a host of issues or not, impresses me as an idealistic guy who thinks it important to shine some light on the Speaker’s behavior. We’re not talking about a discreet affair here but a credible accusation of boorish behavior.

Yes, I did. I never claimed to be the good guy. Kelsey is.

Yep, Kelsey’s a great guy for bringing up something Susan Lynn had thought she had moved on from, lovely fellow.

I don’t see anything wrong with the act of journalism you committed Kleinheider… as I see nothing wrong with Kelsey trying to bring some serious attention to the matter. I don’t think either of you, at least based on all this, are bad guys.

As a “journalist” I have no obligation to defer to the wishes of a public official. As her colleague and fellow caucus member, Kelsey does.
