A Candidate For Council

Already a candidate has stepped up for the special election to succeed Councilman Keith Durbin, who stepped down tonight to take a job running the Metro IT department:

Attorney and political operative Larry Woods, who ran former U.S. Rep. Bob Clement’s mayoral campaign last year, said in a voice mail tonight that his son Allen Woods, also an attorney, is interested in filling Durbin’s seat. A special election will be held in March.
