   Technically speaking, since Kurita successfully won the primary thanks to Rapid Ron’s single sweaty palm, that would be “hand picked”

   Since Tim Barnes went through three separate multi-person referenda (the primary, the executive committee vote and the district convention) that would be a “handS picked” candidate.

   And ACK, maybe you should distinguish the non-partisan headlines from your Republican-leaning, highly partisan headlines by different colors?

   Maybe non-partisan in black and partisan in red….?
