In what is surely meant as a subtle reference to this, the TNGOP makes an independent expenditure on behalf of Rep. Dolores Gresham who is taking on Randy Camp in state Senate District 26, currently held by John Wilder:

She’s tough, she’s rough, that’s enough. Dolores is our leader! Dolores needs to take out that hillbilly Ramsey when she smokes her opponent.

It’s unbelievable that anyone would vote against Representative Gresham. Her stances on issues truly make her a real leader. If we had 99 representative, and 33 senators like her we could truly make Tennessee a wonderful place!

Dolores will be the heir apparent to replace Marsha Blackburn. Marsha talks a good game, but Dolores is one who actually gets things done. Dolores position on life makes her the real conservative. We’re so lucky that Shutt wasn’t elected. Now we have someone who can take back the state from those liberal East Tennessee “Republicans”. Values are something which Dolores will lead with when she takes on Ron Ramsey!
