Newscoma seems to think that if only rural Americans could get decent broadband that they could somehow remove the red hot poker that transnational, cosmopolitan elites have placed in their hindparts:

Why do you think I preach this stuff. Because it’s small communities like Hoots that can make a difference with the right tools. We just need those tools.
