Ros Is Raising It Up

The Associated Press reports that Senator Rosalind Kurita is getting her fundraising machine back in motion for the write-in campaign to retain her seat in the Tennessee State Senate:

“My hope was that we had completed my fundraising efforts,” Kurita writes in a fundraising e-mail obtained by The Associated Press on Tuesday. “That was until they stole the election.”

“Please call me - you know I will call you,” Kurita writes in the letter. “Seriously, you know your help is important to return me to the Senate.”

According to the most recent campaign finance reports filed just before the Aug. 7 primary, Kurita raised about $40,000 for her primary campaign this summer. She came into the campaign with about $210,500 on hand.
