Alaska Governor Sarah Palin addresses the Alaska Independence Party Convention, a party committed to, among other things, the secession of Alaska from the United States of America.

So she’s addressing a party that is committed to the secession of Alaska, but she’s not part of it. And she never says anything about either agreeing with everything the party stands for or agreeing with that specific point. I’ve heard this rumor that she’s a secessionist, too, and I’m honestly trying to find more information on it. Is this the root of the rumor, or is there anything that actually proves it?

Double standard, Kev. Why isn’t this a “Rev. Wright” moment for this woman? I heard some talk show hosts saying that you know a person by their association. Well, what’s good for the goose…. But then again, without hypocrisy, what would we need politics, politicians, and talk show hosts for anyway?
