TNGOP Wants Talley Whacked

Posted on August 20, 2008 at 4:02 pm

The TNGOP reacts to the news that it was a political operative who tried to use expunged criminal record to intimidate an opponent:

The Tennessee Republican Party today renews and strengthens its call for an independent agency to investigate two distinct scandals: the illegal search of confidential records by an officer of the Tennessee Highway Patrol; and other tactics for the purpose of intimidation.

“The admission by Keith Talley, political director for the House Democratic Caucus, that he illegally entered the offices of House Republican leaders late during the night to anonymously leave records aimed at intimidating a Republican legislative candidate has intensified the need for an independent investigation,” said Robin Smith, Chairman of the Tennessee Republican Party. “The public deserves the confidence of an investigation into this culture of corruption by an outside agency with no ties to the Bredesen administration or the Tennessee Democratic machine.”

So Bill Hobbs and Robin Smith are publicly defending the attempted midnight abduction of a young woman in a WalMart parking lot by a Republican candidate.

Has A.J. McCall stopped attempting to abduct young women? And why did the Wilson County D.A. let him off with a handslap for attempting to abduct young women in WalMart parking lots?

Horse’s head in his f***ing bed next time.

This is the big boys and girls club. Let Hobb’s make a crappy youtube video about his House candidate A.J. McCall trying to force a woman into his van. Meanwhile, everyone in their district is learning what a creep he is.

Just one question Hobbs: what type of van does he drive now?

I guess “Big Boys and Girls” try to intimidate people (with confidential information) from running for office?

Hey, Ned, you nitwit. The information wasn’t confidential. The dude got it on a public records request at the Wilson County Courthouse. Doesn’t sound fucking confidential to me. And A.J. “Ted Bundy” McCall was already on the ballot when this dude let his wife know that her husband tries to abduct young women in WalMart parking lots.

    Hey Alto,

Who says it wasn’t confidential (”sealed” is more accurate)? And sorry that Talley’s word isn’t sufficient.

That being said, I now see the “merely a shot-across-the-bow” defense, but why send it to McCall’s wife–is she gearing up a 527 to swiftboat Bone? Which begs the question, Has Bone stopped beating his wife?

So the Wilson County Court gives out “sealed” records? By definition, if they give records to the public, those records aren’t sealed.

I want to know if McCall tried to abduct other women.

Didn’t Talley say he did not enter the office at night? That seems like less than an admission.

The best part is that Bill the Loser Hobbs will defend AJ McCall for his DUI…the very things he was verbally destroying Rob Briley for a few months ago.

    News Addict,
I don’t know whether the records were “sealed” or not, but I have heard that they had been expunged.

Nonetheless, you and yours don’t seem to care even if they were in some way or another “not public” . . . horses heads and all.
