Proof that there are 1500 idots in Knoxville. At least Stacie provides plenty of laughs. Bill Hobbs must be crying in his soup tonight over the Overby, Williams victories. Republicans with a lick of sense and the ability to get things done stand against everything that Billy Boy loves about his ship of fools.
I’m glad Stacey made it. There is no substitute for knowing your district. As for Overbey and Williams, I feel a chill.
And go Gresham. I’m not sure, but apparently Dolores Gresham has taken Wilder’s state senate seat.
If she hangs on.
Congrats to Stacey. Haters….cry yourself to sleep.
Go Mr. Campfield!
TN should cut its losses and make MTSU the flag ship university of TN. Why our state school is in the far east of the state separate from all of TN’s economic development is beyond me. We have the only college town in the country that is more conservative than the entire state. That shows that UT is a failed institution. College should make us dream big not cling to small minded ideas and politics.
So you are saying that UT is a failed university because it doesn’t indocrinate the youth with liberal garbage as much as you would like? What happened to learning? Is that not as important as social and political indocrination?
There is nothing small minded about conservatism. There once was a big conservative dream that changed the world for the better, it was called the constitution.
And just so you know, the University is full of liberal indoctrination. In fact, it stinks of it.
Tennessee, not just Knoxville, is a conservative state….deal with it. This whole arguement seems quite stupid to me. Take your socialist, elitist, un-American views elsewhere. We idiots love our small minded state.
You know, I agree that MTSU should be the flagship school, but it’s mostly because I’m biased.
To do that, however, we’d need a headstrong jack*ss like Peterson running the show. Instead, we’ve got a frotterizing ladies’ man. Not exactly the same, but both equally embarrassing.
Sorry Turbeville - gotta say I love my Blue Raiders.
