Redneck Libertarians
By Kleinheider Posted on July 8, 2008 at 6:56 am“GQ” Drew Johnson of the Tennessee Center For Policy Research quoted in an article on Red State Update’s comedy album release:
“They’re cult heroes for people like myself, who are rednecks at heart, but don’t take themselves too seriously,” said Drew Johnson, president of the libertarian think tank the Tennessee Center for Policy Research, and the region’s only known collector of Red State Update memorabilia.

Some how draping a U.S. Flag around you and taking a picture isn’t funny.
Jackie Broyles for president! I am sure that he could be no worse than what we’ve got. I don’t know if these guys are actually libertarian or not, but them boys take no prisoners for sure. Pretty much everyone is fair game for Jackie and Dunlap. BTW, I don’t think that he has a flag wrapped around him, it is a shirt I believe.
Oops, went to the website and saw what Mickey was referring to. I retract my last statement about the flag. The wearing of our flag is definetly a flag code violation.
