Oak Hill City Manager’s Candidate Endorsement May Have Been Illegal

Ken Whitehouse reports that the retired Oak Hill City Manager William Kraus may have broken election law when he expressed his support for City Commissioner candidate Tommy Jacobs in a postcard sent to voters emblazoned with campaign letterhead.
