Hillary’s Grassroots Plea: Message Optional

Posted on June 4, 2008 at 8:26 am

Carol McCullough is disgusted by Hillary Clinton’s refusal to concede the Democratic primary for President and derides her open call in her speech for supporters to contact her through her website:

Information required for entry: first name, last name, email address and zip code. Your message? That’s optional.

How very, grassroots.

An interesting observation. is Hillary really soliciting idea on what to do now or is she building a list of support for her next run in 2012?

It’s neither. If you click on “submit”, you go directly to a contribution page. In fact, that’s the ONLY thing you can do on the site- give Hill some cash to pay off her debts.
