Early Withdrawal

Tennessee has withdrawn from a partnership with Wal-Mart that could have made its state capitol the first to undergo an extensive energy audit by the nation’s largest retailer, state and company officials said Wednesday.
Sean Braisted suspects that this may have something to do with the whole Tom Lee/Will Pinkston episode that the Scene blew up last week.
