Online Registry Failed

A proposal to create an online registry of repeat drunken drivers, the one Sen. Rosalind Kurita tried to attach an amendment banning DUI attorney advertising to, has failed in the state house.

Question: What purpose does such a database serve exactly?

    Pissing on civil liberties seems to be a favored past time of Kurita.

    Agree totally with Sean about the nanny-state fascist party traitor Kurita.

    At least the DUI registry is an iota more rational than the animal abuser registry that DID pass.
